I suppose if you want a TL;DR, regarding a AA - E - Double AA - Q - Double AA rotation, which is almost ubiquitous amongst Lucian players, PTA will maximize damage on the Q in that rotation, whereas 9.4s conqueror will maximize damage on a Q some time after that rotation.Lucian has been a late game adc for god knows how many patches. Idk why people think Lucian has a strong early, he really doesn't.
