Some people have their HCG rise quicker than others. There is so much variation in the "normal" HCG range in the first few weeks. I'm 8 weeks pregnant with a singleton and HCG didn't quite double in 24 hours but it wasn't far off. There are also others factors that can cause fast rising HCG ....
